Soviet... want to say T--62/T-64... APFSDS, cruising at about 1,850m/s.

Edit... Still Soviet... T-80B @ 1,760 m/s.

I think perhaps what I remember might have been a bug and was lowered to ~1700 m/s.

Most other nations seem to ballpark 1400-1600 m/s standard on AP(FS)DS.
