high for fast movements, fast aiming,
low for slow.....better aiming.
I have a button so I can switch between the 2.
you have everything you need on your mouse.
its not about the mouse.
as i said the dpi on my mouse is at the highest, and one would expect that the slightest movement of the mouse is being transferred into the game, only that is not the case!
the movement of my mouse is not reflected on the screen, and also there is a very annoying mouse acceleration.
it pretty much feels if you are using a £1 mouse to play a fps, even worse.
The crew skills of targeting, keen vision, and range finding have an impact on the ability to be successful at creating hits. The higher these crew skills are the more success you will see. I personally use a lower dpi setting on my mouse for more accuracy and a separate snipe button helps matters while zoomed in on long range firing.
tweak the mouse speed settings, I am sure they have two options; one for zoomed in and one for 3rd person/zoomed out. I set my zoomed in very low and this makes the better once you get used to the amount of mouse movement you need to get it going. For zoomed out I have it higher for snap shots close up
