Hurricane or spitfire?

I've been getting into the British tech tree more because of the battlepass, and I'm rank 1 with their airforce, and I was wondering, should I go for the hurricane or the spitfire?

Hurricane line is multi role, spitfire line is air superiority. What do you prefer? Spitfire become really good at shredding planes later down the line while hurricane become heavier with bigger bomb.

Early on the Hurricane (early spitfires overheat A LOT in Air RB, very frustrating planes to play), but later on I prefer the Spitfire, starting from the F Mk IX. Hurricane line if you like fast, hard hitting planes (Tempest comes to mind), and Spitfire if you like maneuvering with your enemy instead.

I was planning for using them for air RB, but if the hurricanes are good for CAS and the spits good for air superiority, I guess I might do both

I don't mind overheating engines, and all my current planes are fast and hard hitting, except for rank 1 planes, I want something new to try out instead of the same all the time
