Dumb question, how the hell do you hoover with a jet?

I literally can't find the controls in the menu, how do I hoover with the new jets that allow you to do so?

Controls ---> Aircraft Controls ---> Controls Mode ---> Hover Mode ---> Bind to whatever key you want. By default, it is empty.

Also, only the Harriers, the AV-8s, and the Yak-38s have the capabilities to hover

Yes, I know which planes, the controls was all I needed...let's see..
