EDIT: i remember working support for a company that shall go unnamed and our policy for handling issues was stated quite clearly on our website that we would not acknowledge or provide further information on any reported issues until we could provide a solution so as not to publicise any vulnerabilities which may or may not exist and yet still everyone thought their issue was so important that policy couldnt possibly apply to them and they must speak to us right now. They were good for a laugh if nothing else
I've yet to see any bugs in this game,.... neither the crawling kind nor the flying kind. You must have some keen sense of sight??? Can you take some freeze frames and show the forum just what you see out there on the battlefield?
Actually played plenty... are the bugs found in foliage?... and what about water bugs? Are they airborne pests for the most part or strictly found on the ground.
They're constantly updating and changing the game. 'Talking to a developer' isn't going to accomplish anything. You aren't going to reveal some secret they haven't thought of.
I stand by what i said, you go to any developer acting like you are posting here and no matter how politely/professionally the community managers might be required to treat you the only result is an amusing anecdote for them to all laugh at in the breakroom
Disregarding everything else everyone else said to make sure you understand this, if you are complaining about bug, complain about bugs. The devs are not going to care much when you complain about issues of the game and sprinkle in some bugs to support your claim, they will especially turn a blind eye on steam discussions about this.
Complain about volumetric? I really don't mean to be rude, but ♥♥♥♥ off. Complain about realistic battles? ♥♥♥♥ off.
None of those are bugs in themselves, bugs can stem your complaints about this, but they themselves are not bugs.
When you report about bugs, REPORT ABOUT THE BUG, like say a tank model becoming invisible after doing [insert action], ground turning blue and purple cuz broken texture, big building which allows shell to pass through even though they shouldn't, crew lock forever until the game is restarted, vehicles becoming completely black at mid-long ranged, etc.
Those a genuine bugs, ones where you can take its file and throw it around to wherever.
When you talk about something like "The three biggest issues of this game" you're not complaining about a bug, you just fall into the category of people just complaining about the game whether you are respectful or not.
If you want to report a bug, do not mix it your "issue on the game etc", just report the bug.
If you want to state you issues on the game, don't mix that topic with anything else unless necessary for the statement
if you don't go to the war thunder forums and report a bug, don't go stating things like Realistic battles has issue, volumetric is crap, etc when reporting bugs. Make it in a separate forum, one about issues of the game, the other about the bugs.
Complain about the game brings arguments, Ground RB with planes? you got people arguing back in fourth whether planes should be removed or stay.
Complain about a bug where the new fires on planes make the game crash, no one argues really.
Its easy to figuring which is more focusing about bugs and which is just ranting on the game.
