Its almost like a hand-cranked turret is slower for some reason....
Think its the Js onwards that were motorized. cant remember which did and didnt.
You will see the same in some of the panzer 4s.
These are long range fighters and quick turrets are not needed. If you choose to use them at closer quarters than you better practice or be skilled at turning quickly in conjunction with the turret.
I strongly recommend paying close attention to turret rotation speed before purchasing a new tank.
this, panzer 3s are garbage.
