its situational, depends more on the pilot than the aircraft.

the bf109 has better climb rate and low speed handling, the p51d is faster and has better high speed handling. whoever leverages their advantages better will win

The Bf 109 K4 final bf 109 and is better than the P 51 D30, but The P 51H is the ultimate prop, and it outclass the Bf 109 K4.

The best Bf 109 is the G2/trop.

While the Best P 51 is the H serie.

Well I prefer p51s only because they get to fight the Japanese and tend to shreads everything apart. Otherwise the are both really good fighters

mate seriously though, there is no 'best' fighter, every fighter is diferent and the pilot matters more than the aircraft in most matchups, not all fighters do the same thing, different designs emphasize different performance characteristics. not to be offensive mate but asking which is better is an ameteur question, they are designed for different things

No, that is incorrect, some planes are objectively better than others, the He 51 is completely outdone by the Spitfire

no its very much correct, bf109s have a climbrate advantage over p51s as well as a low speed handling advantage, the p51s however are faster and have better high speed handling, there is no 'objectivly' better between the two, they do different things and they each do there own jobs well, the fight goes to whoever uses their own advantages better

(im ignoring the p51H because that thing has no counterpart)
