How to find out when Dev server is up.

They say they post in project news on forums but I just saw a few days ago that the Dev server was up again from a friend and I didn't even know because it wasn't posted in project news or anything.

It's posted on the forums basically as soon as it goes up. https://forum.warthunder.com/index.php?/forum/26-project-news-read-only/

And the dev server did come up again yesterday, but only for about 20 minutes or so.

It's always open in the middle of the night for me :/
