How does the premium vehicle RP boost work?

I love WT but i've been losing interest lately because when I do great in a match and finish with the top score + premium account + boosters I'm not rewarded for my effort. I heard you can gain extra RP if you're using a premium tank/plane.

For example I have the Panther T.V. (I didn't buy it tho). I think I got it from choosing a winning team in a tournament. Do I get any RP boosts with that?

Yes, the T-V has premium bonuses. Play that.

If it's a premium vehicle (golden ones on the right side of the tech tree) you'll get a boost with it.

Thanks mate. When I hover my mouse over it it says:

Reward 480% RP 1.6x(100% + 100% + 100%)

How does that add up to 480%? :D I'm confused.

With premium + premium vehicle on a good game (which isnt too demanding, a few kills and caps, if the game mode allows) i make about 6-8k RP, 10k + if its really good and even around 2.5-3k if it was a bad game where i didnt get any kills and maybe did a little damage or just got an assist then died
