Fortunately in this case specifically it seems Gaijin is offering ways to get your account back/unfrozen through their support. I only hope they don’t get flooded by people. This is by far the worst case I’ve seen of this kind of thing happening at once. Partially because there was a decent amount of publicity/advertising on it (WT reddit post got s ton of hits for example).
Stay frosty out there people. Don’t go 3rd party, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
How ever, if gaijin dont unbann me i rape gaijin or the seller from the affected key.
yeah if i get my money from the website back, i dont have a problem in giving it directly to gaijin.
Or: the best option like every one else. even steam is handling such matters: deleting the affected content and the thing is over.
How do they know you haven't just stolen the key/payed fraudulently?
They don't. It's probably because of all the sales that this is happening, people probably fraudulently bought stuff in the sales and are selling it now, etc.
I doubt gaijin is intentionally doing this, it doesn't make any sense to give out/sell these keys then ban people for buying them.
When Gaijin bans 900 people in a short window of time for fraud, what do you think is going to happen with Support? Demand for their services will far more than they can supply.
Players bought stuff from websites other than Gaijin, and that stuff that was a "good deal" was acquired illicitly (stolen credit cards). Gaijin gave out good codes, the credit card companies take the money back, and all of a sudden Gaijin is out tens of thousands of dollars, and the players still have the product that was stolen.
It isn't the first time this has happened, and I'm sure it will not be the last.
Gaijin has been offering some incredible deals (Between summer, anniversary, Xmas, NY, etc), that I find it amazing people are still trying to save an extra buck or two buying it from someone else who probably isn't even selling the real thing (Or, is selling the real thing, but it's been stolen).

You agreed that Gaijin can confiscate/terminate your account, if Gaijin reasonably suspects that you failed to comply with the entire agreement.
You (The player) assumes the entire cost of any damage (Stolen products).
If your account was frozen as a result of this, make a (Single; one) ticket to Support, and they will get back to you as time allows. Realize that multiple tickets lengthens the process, and that there were a substantial number of accounts affected.
