Depends. Do you need the plane? Is the airfield far from the action? On some domination maps it's actually very viable, you land, repair, J out & switch plane - the opposing team caps, you get back into your plane that's parked on the airfield, cap & J out again, though that one only works on certain maps, have to try.

Though generally in domination games it may be worth to land for repair, on your homebase, since the airfields are rather close together and you might need planes.
