It's an Anti-Aircraft vehicle, which means it's designed for destroying planes, not tanks.

Yes, that's the point. The range of things it can kill are:
Any plane
Light tanks
Certain SPGs
I'll show you:
Medium tank
Medium
TANK

It is a Halftrack truck...
with a combination .50 cal, 20mm cannon mounted on the rear...

Its 37MM cannon wasnt made to destory tanks.

The 37mm cannon and 50 cals are meant for aircraft, not tanks. You can use it against lightly armored tanks, but I'd advise against it.

It's not a tank, thats your problem. Its a half track anti-air unit.
