Cut throttle to zero before you dive and if you're still going too fast, don't commit to the bomb run. Pull out of the dive while you can, max power, loop around and try again.
Dive bombers are great practice imo since they have airbrakes to slow their dives and are very sturdy to pull out from a dive without ripping a wing. Plus, most are at very low BR so there isn't a ton shooting back at you.
Also, bomb delay. Super important or you'll rip your wings off every time or just about. For faster aircraft (like a P-47) i'd say .5 to 1 second is plenty, for slower (say like the Ju 87) i'd say 2.0 seconds minimum for safe escape.
And it sounds simple and kinda dumb but if you're crashing a lot just drop bombs and start pulling up way before you *think* you need to.
Like when you get that "uh oh ground coming" feeling in your case that's already too late.
ps i think some aircraft have dive brakes
