2. Could be that this is a BR-Problem, but get used to it. You can either watch some tutorials about ammo types and try to get closer to the t34, train your crew etc..
3. Just get a t34 yourself and start clubbing all your opponents, getting 10-0 kills over funny distances and spam "russian bias" in chat for salty enemy deaths.
Especially, if you bounce Tiger II 10,5cm Shots to the side of 300m.
So just get used that you basically need a railgun to pierce this thing :)
Tad bit harder when you've got there front to you but still doable. Just aim for the turret ring or in the case the t34 in question doesn't have it fully out still aim for that area, good chance with good hitting guns to pen since that spot will be more flat then angled and either kill it or cripple it then kill it. Or if you don't want to risk it due to where you are in response to there countering you attacking them, aim for the gun itself.
Any side shots into there bellies between the tracks are easy kills with one shot and from behind aim for the back of the turret just above the hull, any higher will usually only take out the gunner/commander and maybe injure some other crew while just above the hull offers a good one shot kill possibility.
I've one shot killed these things and the russian heavies with my cromwells/churchill mk3s apbc shells just fine with belly shots and behind shots, frontal shots are a lot harder to pull off with them but still possible. APHE type rounds wreck them just fine just like any other nation wrecks other tanks just fine with the right shell placement.

Remember these weakpoints and they aren't really hard to kill at all.
Yes, they're annoying when you've been uptiered. However, any half-decent gun will be able to pen the turret cheeks or turret ring, unless you're driving a L3/33.
T-34 are good but they are far from being immortal, try playing with then and you will see that you die a lot too. What does save then many times is the lucky shots that bounce... just like in WW2, where german complained that they where hard to kill the same exact reason: all those angled surfaces, if well played, can bounce most of the not correctly aimed shots.
In arcade, you cam aim very well, in realistic or simulation you may have to fine-tune the aim to finally take down a t-24.
Return fire from a t-34 is always hard, specially in close range. T-34 in close range is a deadly tank for most of tanks in their tier
Matildas, churchils, 3inch gun and even first kv1 are extremely hard to kill tanks, but the lack of mobility make then easier to manage... t-34 is a fast and agile tank that excel in flanking, making it even more dangerous. Having one or 2 t-34 supporting those heavy tanks can make lot of damage to the enemy team. But, like most of the tanks, the player experience is the key to either kill a t-34 or get killed by it.
Each tank have their strong points (ok, not all, there are some tanks that have almost no strong ponts) and weak points, you need to learn how to manage those features in your success and exploit the other people weakness.
