M5 stuart tank is trash.
The M3 Stuart was actually pretty good. I remember wrecking enemies by running circles around them. But what about the M5? So I go around enemies and try to flank, and in the back and side armor, I can't find a single penetration point (not using shells, but shots). Please buff the M5 Stuart tank.

It has the same gun as the M3, you shouldn't be having any issues. At the BR it sits at you should be able to penetrate majority of tanks frontally.

Nah, M5 is good. It has more s l o p e and good scouting capability.
It's feels like M22 Locust, but thiccer. Spank your enemy arses when they're off-guard.
I once pull out a tanko-dorifto on a T-34/85 and yeet my shells on it's turret rear.

No its not, the gun on it at 2.3 is still useful and still can penetrate other tanks throught the front. But you have to watch out for 3.3 matches, thats where the Stuh 42G appears.

Use your speed and flank the enemy, if you cant engage an enemy, use your binoculars and scout for your team for them to take them out. Also your front armor can bounce some shots ocassionally and immune to german 20mm AP rounds, but dont rely too heavily on your armor, the M5A1 is still a ''light tank''.

That's my issue, not that it is bad for its rank, its that it completely sucks when used for any other rank. the 3.X rank tanks destroy the M5.

What lineup are you using? Even at 2.7 you can get a good lineup with the M5A1, M16, M4A3(105), M3 Lee and P-40E/F for CAS.

And at 3.3, you get a direct upgrade to the M5A1 and M3 Lee as the M24 and M4A1.

Its also common that higher BR tanks will be better than lower BR ones.
