Ho-Ri is debatable. Some say it existed, some not. Personally I don't think it did exist but Japan needs all the tanks it can get so I see no harm.
and not many of those ever got produced, the 37mm Tank Destroyer couldn't pen a Sherman. The way I see it, if it didn't see actual combat it shouldn't in the game. You can make anything look good on paper, but till proven it don't mean a thing.
The Chi-Nu did not see combat during the war. All produced units were retained for the defense of the Japanese Homeland in anticipation of an Allied invasion.
- The Panther II was never meant to mount an 8.8 cm KwK 43 as that was rejected and was instead just suppose to mount a 7.5 cm KwK 42 like. The King Tiger 10.5 cm would have never worked because the turret would have been too cramped for the 10.5 cm, hence why it was never attempted in real life.
- The Coelian never got past the mockup stage and was replaced with the Ostwind II which, besides the open turret, is identical in firepower and actually had prototype made.
- The Maus was too difficult to balance due to its mediocre gun against post-war tanks but overpowered armour against wartime tanks.
It was not for historical accuracy, no one said that.
Which isn't that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard, the player base have ALWAYS told Gaijin about how to balance them. Gaijin just doesn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ listen and are either too dense or lazy or just don't care about fixing the issue.
