Prem Strv 103 to 7.3
Should the prem strv 103 go back down to 7.3 cause of the horrible hull aiming? When they fix the hull aiming it can go back to 7.7 its just horrible to snipe with this tank.

I have only played against it, not with it. My suspicion is no. It seems fine at 7.7. Its front armour is terrific.

Won't be surprised if it's intentional, considering what that system is like. Does crew skill have any effect? It probably should.

Yes i do agree it is alright at 7.7 but the thing is i have missed so many shots and die to so many cause of the horrible hull aiming. Sniping with this is horrible as hell even worse if you are positioned on a hill. Anything that has some steps can cause the hull aiming to even seizure up worse.

Yes thats what im saying. The aiming right now it just broken and tedious to play with.

Strv-103 s are broken in this game, they get in fire way too easily and aiming with this thing specially with Strv-103C is sooooo broken and frustrating that you want to kill yourself when you miss good easy shot because tank starts wobbling randomly.

Its with all strv-103´s i own all and they all have the same problem. On flat ground it works somewhat but if you try hiding behind a hill that has some slope it gets worse. Any uneven ground gets worse.

Lmao ♥♥♥♥ is able to cut down trees and move away boulders while still keeping the aiming steady but in war thunder it can’t even keep its aim steady when it’s not even moving.

Honestly it doesn't even look that steady though... plus its moving incredibly slowly, honestly it feels faster than that ingame and it clearly rocks around terribly when driving.

There's tonnes of footage displaying these tanks and not being as "stable" as people are making it out to be, and that's the thing, it was designed as an ambush tank.

As far as I'm concerned the representation of the S-tank is perfectly realistic in War Thunder, it just seems like another episode of "the history channel" once again making it out that the tank basically has a stabilised gun. It doesn't. Every movement of the hull can take the gun off target.

Use the tank as it was designed for, don't expect it to replace conventional stabilised tanks.

link some footage of it being ridiculously unsteady then. its not realistic in game at all. if the in-game representation of the strv was realistic why the ♥♥♥♥ does gaujibbles get away with making some things realistic but then having stupid amounts of cookie-cutter "balance" for other things. you can still stationary on flat ground and the gun randomly pulls to the upper left or lower left, its like it only moves in increments of 10 degrees. have you even used the stank? not to mention when you have 1 track gone the tank rocks back and forth like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ seesaw, so even if you happen to be aiming at an enemy while tracked you cant hit them.

The gun should not wobble around like its got ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ parkinsons and just took a hit of meth.

I think the big issue is the tank rolling down hills while trying to aim and less about the aim being jittery.
