Sadly its like asking when we will get Nukes, we don't know when, but its gonna happen one day, Lol. We do not know when it will happen but its most likely not on their mind Right now, i would wait till next patch

Devs will only ever hint at what will come in the future... Very rarely in any development (Not limited to just WT) is exact dates of release/etc given out especially if it's more than a day or two out. Might be tomorrow, might be next year.
