Not having much luck with the p63
Don't really know why, i do really well with p47s however once i unlocked the p63s i start getting destroyed.With the p47 i feel like i can boom and zoom much better as the dive acceleration is much better. Anyone has any tips on flying the p63s(best climb rate ias, what alt to level out, playstyle)?

the p63 pretty much plays like your 109 and spitfire, an energy fighter with turn capabilities. the planes has a little worst vertical energy retention compared to the p47 but it's maneuver energy retention is good. it's specialty is high altitude fight since the engine is supercharged, pretty much getting high and staying there is your best performing zone.

Ah okay, need to learn to energy fight i suppose.

most us tech tree players switch off their brains and go for head on attacks good on you for learning

as if they have a chance against the climb meta which favors axis planes and no side climbing wont help either.

I've been having quite a bit of luck with side climbing with p47 to around 5.5k~, then gaining speed, heading on bf109s that have the balls but not commiting cause 4k rounds(lol), then just bnz as they fail to catch up to me or they dive. Won quite a few games with 2-4 kills.

What annoys me is the ground pounders sticking to 1km alt and then complaining about being a ground pounder.. good bait though.
