Tiger H gun depression
Has anyone else had the problem of the gun refusing to depress, even if it is still way above it's maximun angle? Because I've had it happen to me a few times.

When angled? The unusable smoke dischargers are modeled on the hull, and the gun can't depress very far when aiming over them (which you almost always will be near them when you angle).

Also, I'm pretty sure the turret hydraulics would forcebly remove them when the turret started traversing. I absolutly love the tiger, but seriously. It's kind of a monkey paw thing.

Oh it would. It's annoying for sure, I'd prefer if they just removed them from the model as they don't work, or take away the collision box like old times.

It's not just the Tiger though, a bunch of other tanks also have annoying obstacles you can't depress the gun over, the Italian Fiat 6614 comes to mind with the commanders cupola. Basically you can only aim forward and to the left, any targets to the right elevate the gun above the cupola making it impossible to hit anything on level ground. :fengxi:

Well, about the fiat I have to agreed with the limitation of the gun traverse. That made me remenber one of the american tanks I use (first tier) that also has terrible traverse range because the creators of the tank thougth it was a good idea to place two turrets side by side.
Back to the panzer, maybe they did so as a handicap? From my experience, if you angle the armour properly, even if they fire at point blank, you can survive any shot
