Free Premium Plane?

I haven't really touched the british much yet (mostly because the planes I would be interested in like the mosquito are pretty far down the tech tree), but I was glancing through them yesterday and noticed that I had a tier 1 premium plane on my lineup for them (Tuck's Gladiator Mk II). Is this just a free plane for everyone to help round out the starting roster, or did I get this out of a loot box at some point and not notice? Definitely have not bought anything on war thunder so far.

That's odd, because I honestly have never touched british aircraft as far as I can remember....I've played mostly Germans and Americans. Guess it's possible, thanks for clearing that up though

Yeah you know what, I have part of a plane researched for the british, so I guess I'm remembering incorrectly and did play them at some point, so that's my bad

I choosed britisch planes after the first installation of the game ang I got the Tucks Gladiator, too. I think you always get a free premium for the first nation and land/air you choose at the beginning.
