Object 120: worth?

for a $40-50 tank, will I get my money worth? It will hop me over to T5 too so the grind wont be as harsh but I'd still have to gain rp for the current T5 tanks (which is quite painful). My current set up as of now is an is2 '44 stock and currently researching the asu85 (another pain). Should I invest on this tank or keep on grinding?

Think about it like this. If you die in it, then what? You have obsolete tanks (at T5 anyways) to fight with. I'd recommend waiting until you get a T-54 at least or something.

It's a great tank but has like 12mm of armor around its ammo. Any plane can magazine it. The HEAT-FS is rediculously explosive and can detrack/ blow the barrel off any tank it doesn't pen and the APFSDS has practically no drop but costs 1100 lions per shot. I'd reccomend playing the obj 906 first to get the feeling of no armor whatsoever before you try the 120

ASU 85 is trash, horrible zoom level, bad gun depression and eggshell armor.
I would research T-44 instead, it's excellent flanking tank and the next one in line T-44-100 is also very good with 240mm pen APCBC.
You can buy T-44-122 to complement T-44 and IS-2 44 or thinking more about the future the T-34-100 that can easily also work with T-44-100, IS-3 or IS-6 because of the nice 240mm pen ammo.
Imho all the IS-6, T-34-100 or T-44-122 are better options for premium then Object 120 but then again maybe someone who owns the Object 120 can have a better reason.
I myself have T-34-100 and it works quite well with both IS-2 44, T-44 and T-44-100, IS-3 lineups.

No, it isn't worth 40$. Armor is too weak, you can be easily destroyed by .50 cals.

Pros:
Great gun
Great ammo
Relatively mobile
Can hold down large open areas
Premium bonus for all tiers
BR is kinda nice but anything can still kill you fast

Cons:
Not as mobile as other flankers
Not a tank you want to try to cap in, sniper-like tanks rarely are able to brawl in close quarters
30mm of armor- you can’t take a hit at all

It can be destroyed as easily as it can destroy others. IMO a great sniper - especially on maps like Sinai.

It's easy to kill with it, and die in it, really depends on your playstyle.

It's a glass cannon, it can destroy everything, but it can also be destroyed by anything. It's worth it if you have a lineup it fits in, something a tad higher than an IS-2 44...

It's a victim. Even if i'm in a fighter with 20 mm guns i go hunt them. And you can see them so easily since they are quite big. Free kills.

I'd get it once you get into tier 5 but it'd be a rude introduction with no experience
