its at the same BR as mogami but in its pre/early war configuration of 15x 155mm guns rather than the mogami's 10x 203mm guns the class was actually intended for (little history lesson, the class was never intended to actually use the 155mm guns, they were just included in the design to reduce weight while japan was still pretending to adhere to the london naval treaty) so that is a straight no as far as im concerned

Why do you want a premium ship anyway? Did you ever use heavy cruisers in this game? Do you know what kind of gameplay you are in for?

Yes i am i just want to know if they are good ! They looks nice but i dont want to buy one and waste money because its bad..

It's only worth it if you want the unique camouflage and/or if you want to make a Mogami-only lineup. However, now that the Tone was added there isn't really a point to using the Suzuya or Mikuma anymore unless you want to use them in place of the Furutaka.
