Is the discount it says, which is 30% mean its like a 30% booster on research? im on an otomatic atm and it says 30% discount on mods does that mean i research them 30% faster or is it just when you spend golden eagles to buy them?

Most likely its 30% sale for SL so u have to pay less for vehicles and modifications (like tracks), also it seems like GE tanks available in game are cheaper, but 30% sale has nothing to do with research points.

For example. If u wanna get AUBL/74 (6.3BR) u will have to spend 95k research points but instead of 260k SL u will have to pay only 182k
