just remember when watching server replay, number 2, top left, lets you see what they are looking at.
If you are new, a lot that you think is cheating, isn't.
watch the replay, find out how you died, personally most of the time I'm playing like crap or my bum is sticking out in full view.
lots of buildings when you know the map can be shot through.
If you play ab, spotting can let you see the other team and then people just shoot the markers even when they can't see you, through trees, houses, anything.
don't name anyone on this forum when asking questions.
The last part of what burg4401 told you is CRITICAL.
Evaluate the evidence from the "cheaters" position.
I, and well many of us, get accused from time to time by players who don't understand how, if they could not see me, that I was able to see them - and kill them. If they'd look at the server replay, from my position , chances are very high that they will see for themselves how it was I was able to hit them. They're still not going to "like" it - but at least they know I got them fair and square.
I have reported people myself - but all were pre-EAC.
I was in a battle with a guy who didn't even damage me. He it me - but the shots bounced. I knew that map; and I should have been able to see him - but couldn't . It peaked my curiosity.
Did this guy know something about that map that I didn't know?
I checked what _he_ was doing using the server replay of that battle. Watched the whole battle from his position. What I saw appeared to be de facto evidence he was using an aim bot. I checked a number of his other recent replays; and saw the same kind of thing. I reported him; and he was banned in the next list came out.
By all means check the "suspects" player's game play on the server. Observe what they're doing from their own position. If you cannot come up with a reasonable explanation for what you see them doing; and honestly believe them to be cheating - report them. When you do, send a link to the replay, and the time stamp where you observed cheating happened.
how did I die.....don't do it again.
where is that snipping spot?
if you are new, watch a game or two now and again of one of your replays BUT from the point of view of the top scoring people in the game.
What do they do and how?
have fun.
click on the tittle and watch.

look out for this sort of crap and report.
replay, number 2 top left, shows what they are looking at.
I understand how aim bots work with War Thunder; but I'm not understanding how a a wall hack would work. It doesn't fit with my understanding of the server-client aspect of this game and what can be influenced by client-side hacking.
I wonder if packet loss (Network issues) many of us have been experiencing recently might be the explanation for what you observed? PL and high latency wreak havok with War Thunder.
Just last night, I had two ghost shells I fired into the side of a Cromwell - usually a one hit kill; and nether registered. I assumed the guy was dead; and heard someone else on my flank - I turned; and moments later the original Cromwell one shot me. For a second, I was like WTF? Cheater!!! Then I realized it was a bad connection to the game server at the time - and that the other guy was not cheating.
Report them if you feel certain; but try to evaluate all the facts before you reach a conclusion - you can save everyone needless work.
