That laptop will easily smash War Thunder at max settings @ 1080p @ 60+fps, and probably even higher etc lol. War Thunder is quite a well optimised game, hence why I can play at 4k at a solid 60fps on a semi dated system. i5 4690k, 1070sc 8gb,16gb ddr3 etc.

Quick Question though, is the size/portability of owning a laptop a requirment for you eg for college/school etc? As you could get a better home system for less/the same amount etc.

As someone under the age of 18, I live in my parents house and I'm not permitted to get a desktop, so size isn't much of an issue since I'll mostly have it at home. If I could find a smaller and same quality of laptop for the same price, I would probably get it. I can't find anything with over 1080p under 1250$ either.

Yeah when it comes to laptops the higher the specs you want, the much more :Fistofdosh: you have to fork over. I wasnt asking about the size due to space requirments, I just thought that you might be using it for school/to travel with instead so having a tower build would be outta the question etc. If the ammount of space a pc can take up is an issue you could possibly go with a mini-atx system http://cdn.overclock.net/7/7f/350x700px-LL-7f8ccc31_20130211205458-one.jpeg. I'm sure you will find exactly what you want soon though, took me about a week or 2 or searching to find my perfect case for example lol.
