Premium P-47's are really powerful for their battle rating of 2.7. They sit in tier 3 however so you can get decent research for tiers 2-4, not to mention their arms are 8 12.7 machine guns with a great tracer belt. They also have the ability to mount either bombs or rockets but that'll hurt your fighting capabilites against fighters. I'm speaking from an Arcade standpoint however so keep that in mind.

american of course, it's free and it has the most armanents like 2.5k LBS of bombs and 8 rockets
