Sight distance control is broken

I have been attempting to get my settings fixed since i'm returning to war thunder. However sight distance control doesn't seem to be working at all, I can still range find but when it comes to actually moving my sights with numpad or other hotkeys i set it to it doesn't move. I have also tried the mouse wheel setting and that doesn't seem to work either. Am I missing something? Do some tanks not have the capability to adjust sights? I don't remember these controls being broken before. I am going to attempt to reinstall but other than that I have no idea what is wrong.

I use it a lot and have it on middle mb. Haven't noticed any issues recently.

I understand that people are able to use it, however both my roommate and I are completely unable to use it. I am wondering why, If there are any other having this issue, and if there are any fixes.

Did you go to the very bottom of the controls for weapons and set a key to Increase and Decrease value?

Yes, I have had them set to page up, page down and now set to num pad 8 and 2

I also just fully reinstalled war thunder and it still doesn't seem to work.

We found the issue, it was a bug when you assign anything to the "enable axis" keybinding. When it is left blank, everything starts working again for some reason.
