Will the Javelin ever be fixed?

Will its flight model ever be fixed? If not it should be at least an 8.3 instead of an 8.7

It's still terrible, with ok missiles (except you can't use them because you're slower than everyone else, less manoeuverable, and you lose all of your energy in a 180 degree turn (drop a good 300km/h) so you can't get in position to fire them)

No proof is needed at this point as its been an issue since it was put into the game. It is too slow and many other things are wrong. But if you want proof, sure.
