Btw armored cars are not meant to be well protected :l
Using it is pretty simple: Look at what it's good at, and whatever tactics you use, try to make the advantages of the vehicle work with said tactic and you will have a good game (most times..). Looking at the armor, it should really only leave one conclusion: Stay out of sight. It's a lot like the PT-76 or M56... If anyone sneezes on you, you die. But does that make it inherently bad? No.
It's got 8 wheel steer and can go pretty quick both forward and back.. The gun might not be as punchy as the long 75, but to suggest it "can't pen anything" is a gross exaggeration that makes it incredibly hard to take you seriously.
How much penetration does it need at 2.7 before it is adequate? Are we looking for a 234/2 mounting a 120mm L/44?
