Just sideclimb bro
Sideclimb Macht Frei.
Seriously though, many planes, the FW included, are disadvantaged because the game is set up in a way where climb rate is far more important than things like horizontal energy retention, dive performance or top speed. It's a meta problem caused by maps being too small, and not exclusive to the FW 190 or any one plane.
secondly why are you trying to turn of all things with someone on your tail? the fw190s are just about the best aircraft in the game at scissors/rolling scissors so learn to use them
Color me suprised
What is the difference between the D-13 compared to the D-9 and D-12? (Other than firepower)
The D-13 is almost the same aircraft as the D-12 as they both share the same exact top speed, turn time, and climb rate in RB. In AB The D-13 has a slightly higher climb rate of 4408 ft/min whereas the D-12 has a climb rate of 4393 ft/min. But no change in turn rate or roll rate. The D-9 is more agile of the D series with a turn rate of 20.4 than the same turn time of the D-12 and D-13 with turn rates of 21.6. In AB The D-9 has a decent turn of 19.2 where the D-12 and D-13 share a turn rate of 20.4. I find the D-13 to be the best with the three MG 151s as you dont have to worry as much about leading your targets with the different ballistics of the D-12 and D-9. The D-13 is almost the same plane as the D12 just with an 20mm instead of the 30mm MK108. (With spaded specs.) I hope this helps. The D-13 is one of the best premiums you can buy. Its my B&Z king of war thunder.
