Lost Scout capability on M22, where is the scout binocular?

I thought I could scout with the M22, I no longer have the scout binocular available. Where is it?

they removed it
because players were taking it to top-tier battles, capping points then scouting the enemies until they reached the player, then the player would J out before the enemy could get to them and return in an AH-1z

Good riddance I say. People spammed them to no end at high Tier and jumped into a plane or helicopter to camp spawns.

As others have said, it was removed when they moved the M22 down into their 1. (Teir 1 tanks do not have access to the scouting ability.

I’m one of the few players that did it to have fun, sometimes I just liked to take the M22 out to zip around and sneak up on unsuspecting players and meme the ♥♥♥♥ outta them xd

i see no problem bringing low tier tanks to top tier, but how they use it is a different story, if they're the AH1Z spam scums they can go to hell, but using it as a small scouting vehicle its a viable tactic. people who wants to ban low tier vehicles into top tier are hypocrites themselves.

they should have just cut the SP earnings for low tiers in hightier battles, that would stop the rush cap and J out if the spawnpoint reward was next to nothing, and increase the spawnpoint cost for low tier tanks in high tier battles, kinda like they do with RP earnings, a tier 1 earns next to no RP when researhing a much higher tier, so no incentive to use a tier 1, and if it cost you 300SP or even more, to spawn a lowtier tank in a high tier battle people would stop doing it. and then the M22 could have kept its scouting abilities.
