I believe that the wager itself tells you what you should do in order to win the sl or rp.
Like 'Win X games in a row' and such.

Don't bother with them though, since wt is a team based game winning a wager is hit or miss.

You activate them, you spend a stake (can be zero, should always be the maximum allowed), and then you play games. If you achieve the wager objective in the game, that's +1 success, if you don't that's +1 failure, when you hit max on either of those you get a payout based on number of successes.

I think wagers bind to a specific nation and/or mode when you activate them, but I'm not totally sure about that.

"had the most assist in destroying an enemy, can´t be less than 8" or "On hand" (same but max 7, + max score if someone else had the equal number of assist"
Don´t use this one in air, the assist and kill system has been broken for like 2 months now... Not even sure they know how to fix it, but hope til next update.

Go to the item inventory. Click a wager. Hover over: Achieve 1 from: "Wingman", "On Hand".

Achieve Wingman in a game probably then.. they're mostly useless unless you have a good squad that can actively turn the tide of battle, otherwise you're generally at the mercy of RNG and lose after a few rounds as you can't win 15 battles in a row or whatever it wants you to do.
They're not useless. It's hard to get them all the way to the maximum reward in most cases. (Maybe the 'get 5 kills' ones are practical.) But you still can get a substantial payout.

What, winning a battle? You should do that pretty frequently. Or getting 5 kills, that's hardly unusual in air AB.

Some of them seem like they're squad-dependent, or call for ridiculous luck (mission maker, seriously?!), but others scarcely require you to think about them. And considering you get them for free and activate them for a nominal cost, well, I'm not complaining about picking up an extra hundred thousand or so SL every once in a while.

SL wagers are you putting down Silver lions as a bet ON yourself. If you surpass the requirements, you double your investment.

GE Wagers don't require a GE bet, but instead just require you to beat the requirements several times (winning the round, x amount of kills and at least 50% battle activity). You are almost gaurrunteed to earn at least 50-100 GE from one of these.

Doubling has nothing to do with it. Rewards for 1 success at max stake range from break-even to something like 10x your stake depending on which objective the wager is fore. Rewards for more than one success go up from there.

Some require you to get the most kills of most assists 15 times in a row.. stuff that depends entirely on the game and players you get matched against. And it always add in that you also need to win that game, which makes it BS, as even if you get 10 kills as it wants you to, if your team sucks you still fail.
None of them require you to do anything 15 times in a row. Some of them allow you to increase your reward for achieving the goal 15 times. But if you achieve it 5 times before you fail out of the wager, that's still a large profit. If you achieve it two times, it's at least a small profit.

Also, I'm fairly certain wagers don't add a requirement to win the game.

Certain wagers dont have a requirement to win the game

Except the wager for winning a game.

(this is just something funny i wanted to point out lol its not serious)

Why isn't there a wager like "Lose a battle five times in a row"? It's easy to achieve because of BR compression. :HappyFragger:

80% of them are junk and too stressful to pull off. For instance the one for mission maker won't count your final blow half the time and there is no way to prove it. I've watched the ticket click down as I bombed the final target time and time again and it wont give it to you half the time.

Killing five planes and the one that counts ground targets are the only one's that are really doable.
