You can follow bombs by holding 'U' by default.
Practice practice practice. I usually point my crosshairs just in front of where I mean for the bomb to fall, but that isn't any good unless you have the approach right.

Right on. Modified by comment to better specify where exactly you find the Kill Cam on/off toggle.
A lot of people don't like to hear practice as an answer, but its true. No better way to learn how to do it but through trial and error.
