How do I install skins?

more specific how do I install this skin pack: https://live.warthunder.com/post/330835/en/ though it has a tutorial, it didn't help much

Mute the volume and go like half way through this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLwcwNY7CsQ

Basically:
1) Download skin
2) Find skin in downloads, copy/cut it
3) Find War Thunder in Steam and go to UserSkins
4) Paste skin there.

You might have to re-launch the game to see it, it's been a long time since i grabbed any new skins.

Anyway, long story short:

Open the downloaded 7zip/rar file and extract the folders inside to steam/steamapps/common/warthunder/userskins.

If there's no skin folder, make one.

The skins they are talking about doesn´t cost a thing either.

I hope they fix your account so all your aircraft looks like this on your account for april fools.
