at least china got a few unique designs during their sino-japanese war, spain are too pitiful to fill the tech tree.

China has more than enough things to fit air, sea and land. Spain does not.

This really is a pitifully small tree, and doesn't even cover ground, which is a requirement. Also pretty sure each rank needs at least 6 vehicles
