/I shouldnt talk about tanks since i dont play them but wouldnt this be a good fun way to counter the helicopters?
I know what you're saying. IMO, there's no good way to actually balance helios that I can see. On the surface allowing plane spawns at the start would offset helis - but I think it might fall apart in actual practice. Real world or game world: w/o air superiority tanks are sitting ducks. Increasing numbers of players will have to spawn in aircraft at the start, and in short order: "ground battles" are ground in name only. Imagine: 16 Ka-50's against the other teams ground vehicles :-(
I think I would make helos use the same spawn mechanics as planes - and limit the number of them that one team can have in a game at any one time.
Id be interested to hear the logic behind it.

Q. Why in combined RB battles can you take a helicopter with ATGM’s equipped at the start of the battle and for aircraft with unguided aircraft rockets you need to get more respawn score? Are there any plans to change it?
A. There are several reasons for that. One of the main ones is that technically the helicopter is able to capture an enemy point so even in case of strong imbalance in the teams the victory is still possible by kills and by captured points. This isn’t the case for aircraft. The original idea of the respawn score was to limit the possibility of creating a highly unbalanced vehicle preset of the type “one team is in aircraft and second one in tanks”.

We are developing a missile battle system beyond visual range since the technical implementation of the missiles themselves and the control systems require minor improvements to already existing missiles. But what kind of game assumptions it will require to let players use these missiles comfortably and counteract them - this is a difficult question. From one side we don’t want to make these missiles a weapon of inevitable and sudden death in the case where the target doesn’t even understand that it has been fired on and on the other side there is no point to make them completely useless.
but it is ok to blow the crap out of tanks that can do nothing about them because a heli can cap.
This is one of the reasons I took a break for some months, and now that I'm back I don't play high tier anymore.
Also I used to spend a lot of money in War Thunder, nowadays much less, actually hardly anything anymore.
This only adds fuel to the meme that the devs never play the game. What he's describing is exactly what's happening to the tanks on the ground. There's know way he doesn't know this.

although seeing how the ka50 went, JUST A GUESS but I'd guess that the next thing released that can combat it will also mess up the game at the top, not make it better.
Yes, I'm sure Gaijin would totally have to shut their doors if they only sold premiums that were actually balanced. It's not about needing to pay for their servers, it's about greed.
KA-50 is matched by the ADATS, apparently.
I think I have a lot of work to do before I can get gear like that.
