about 1st strike
Does the game award 1 first strike per game, or 2 ie 1 for each team ?

Most games do it 1 time, but idk, maybe war thunder did it 1 time for both teams?

every award for WT is separated into to both team

Indeed... "first strike" and "final blow" are a single time per match, that why "mission maker" is really hard to get if playing solo...

I think not... Survivor, Wingman and the 3 for the highest kills count on each mode are awarded to a single player, if 2 or more got the samme ammount in 1 orh both teams, it gets awarded to the one with higher match score...
I've been there, got the best kill count on my side but silver award instead of golden cos a player from the other team had the same ammount with higher score...
