About as useful as fart in the bottle.
BR-350B is all you ever need.
I'd recommend just using 25~ BR-350B shells and 2 or 3 D-350A smoke shells which can come in handy.
I also carry some HE with almost every tank for the same reason, historically accurate and realism, but that isn’t the only reason. HE is very effective against very lightly armored vehicles like halftracks and armored cars (SPAA), HEAT can kill them well but not always; I load HE for them as it is way better, it is extremely satisfying to see every module incenrate as HE has basically 99% effectiveness against thinly armored opponents. As well, HE is sometimes useful to load for tracks and stuff if I face a tank I cannot beat, although this is rare. Another major use for HE is for aircraft, although you don’t shoot them downs often, if end of match or something I load them to shoot at aircraft, as they incenerate them when I do hit, and when I don’t they 99% of the time after all a free shell.
everything 76mm HE does, 76mm HEAT will do better.
I've found HEAT to be much more reliable (basically 100% of the time) with hull breaking then HE.
eh, if you've gotten yourself into a position whereby you get shot, 75% of the time you're already dead anyway regardless of whether you got ammo racked or not.
