The Stuka's aren't the easiest planes to dive bomb with because they have the bomb catapult that takes about half a second or so to deploy and drop the bomb, by which point it's missed the target. I recommend trying some fighters with bombs such as the P-47s to get the hang of it as they drop instantly.
There is literally a tutorial for this. I am certain.
Do you want a check list? Okay:
1. Fly level, above 220 metres at least (better if it's higher, but the engine is... bad).
2. Begin to roll over, whilst pitching up slightly.
3. Upon reaching 90 degrees, begin to enter a slight dive getting steeper.
4. Before reaching 100~ metres (or when you are in a proper steep dive), try and release the bomb. The bomb on Stuka's is *throw* not detonated off so you have to give it a few seconds.
5. Pull out and gain altitude again.
6. RTB.
It's easier though, to just dive directly in other aircraft because rolling takes too long. Tempest, Typhoon and otherwise are examples of these. Personally, the Stuka isn't the best aircraft and I'd rather take a fighter or level bomber.
You can actually dive in a 90 without worrying about crashing.
Would allow you to learn in a controlled environment before 'diving' into dive bombing in RB proper.
