Why is ramming ships with planes no thing?

You can ram planes into planes. And ships into ships. So why can´t I ram my plane into a ship? Dice please let me...

But who is the rammer? It takes at least 2 people for a collision, who to ban? If i ram my plane into your 13 ton boat you crossed my path of crashing into the sea. So you technically rammed me.

To be fair, that was a dive bomber, probably without bombs like many kamikazes take, on a heavy cruiser.

It was pretty effective when they got through. Not efficient probably, but effective.
