Want to buy the 162 A1 listed at 130 gjn bucks but it also let me set an GJN amount sooo??Dont rly understand how it works

Basically you can create a buy order for any amount. The only thing to consider is: will someone sell it for that amount?

Rare vehicles are the price they are because people are but willing to pay a great deal for them, and sellers want to make extra GJN from them.

This determines what cost they sell for. I could create a buy order for the KV-220 for $1, but no one will ever sell it for that price when they can get $350 for it

In theory you can. The ones you see currently on sale were won via tournaments that started for WTs Birthday.
