How to change mouse sensitivity settings?

I've messed with a bunch of controls and settings, and nothing changes the fact it's way too sensitive and quick.

That is where you will find the mouse look sensitivity. Have you tried there?

And a way JUST for the binoculars? didnt seem to have an option just for that when i looked for it for atleast a few minutes. (yes old post but tbh really to the point of this because i found this when googling)

My mouse also has a sensitivity, lots do these days.

DPI sensitivity levels, basically move your mouse pointer fast or slow, i use it fast to look around and slow for those shots where you have to take your time and aim.

the sensitivity on my mouse also changes how my binos move...fast or slow.

yeah but mine isnt in a spot thats easy to change for just binoculars especially if you need to change it back really quick because you see someone close or far away

but this effects plane mouse aim, thats a huge disadvantage when switching between tanks to planes

Then simply change it before you do planes then.
