Using VPN
Does anyone use NordVPN or CyberGhost or Express VPN to hop on to an MPLS and exit near WarThunder servers with a lower ping than going over the public Internet?

hmm, can u try to rephrase that question, I am not fully understanding what your saying. I have used a vpn, if anything, my ping increases.

At my work we have an MPLS network. I can enter through the gate way in Los Angeles and exit out of Utah or Texas or North Carolina. My traffic to sites around these exit points does not travel over the public Internet for most of it trip, but over a dedicated network of site to site connections, before emerging to the public.
I know VPNs permit you to reroute your exit, but don't they also have networks which route your traffic internally and thus much faster than over the public Internet?

be careful because warthunders terms of use explicitly list using VPNs as a bannable offense, mostly its to avoid people bypassing regional pricing differences but the rule does leave it open to whatever they want to enforce

NordVPN from in Aus. better to equal ping vs public to US and EU without packet loss

the EULA says "use IP proxying or other methods to disguise the region (country) of your current location, whether to circumvent geographical restrictions and purchase virtual currency or virtual items at pricing not applicable to your geography, or for any other purpose."

ie n/a for game play to stablise ping or packet loss.
