In a old forum post from the early 2000's and some people went to kubinka and measured it with ultrasonic gauges and it was quite random, but always above 225mm - 240mm. So I'm onboard on the 240mm train.
On a second note, if it was rolled to 220mm, It shouldn't even be showed ingame.
All other tanks ingame follow the rule of blueprint armor. Where it takes the thickness of the blueprint and not of the actual thing.
Like T-34's having 38mm-50mm on certain batches of tanks, Or Shermans with armor between 1-3 inches on the side. Huge gaps in the armor of the T-34 (Source from The Chieftain If I remember correctly)
If it doesn't follow the rule, then alteast put the rest of the plate at 240mm and only in the middle where it gets the most stress durring rolling should be 220mm.
Also needs it's battleship armor multiplier.
