Battle of Britain map?

I know there was an event last year but what ever happened to the map? I'd love to have a realistic air battle with the same map again!

it is in the realistic rotation but i havnt seen it outside of high teir superprops or jets

You mean that huge English channel map with the UK and France in it? Yeah that's in the rotation, I usually J out if I get it in props because it's just stupidly large and unfun to play on.

Personally it needs some major tweaks such as adding more airfields (currently it's one on each country which is just silly) and more ground targets before it'll become playable. It's mostly fine for jets though.

bolounge su mer? that POS map can appear in realistic air battles, that map is dreaded in tier 2-4, not enough fuel? too bad. Large map and cant find people in 10 mins? common problem, usually you'll find people reaching 26k ft by the time you find 1 enemy. it is an ok map for jets but really obsurd for low tier props.

They should make it smaller. I agree 100%. I just wish it would be used a bit more. I am sick of flying in Sicily or Norway over and over again.
