You are right, it's not a meme tank, it's one that never existed. Consider the fact that they have talked about the possibility of removing the Tiger II 10.5cm and Panther II because they did not exist (and the replacements would be tanks that actually existed). Prototypes are, for the most part, only in main trees to fill gaps. Your chance of seeing the E-75 in WT is VERY slim.

it was never built, only existing as a design on paper, thus paper tank. its not even like it was close to production with conflicts between different sources on its design, let alone having anything close to performance data. all well and good saying it would have been 75tons going 40km/h but see how well that worked out for other german designs like the panther project which came about from the vk20 project for a 20 ton tank, then they changed it to the vk30 at 30 tons, the final tank was 44 tons...
