From your experience is everyone in WoWS queuing BB only? Gaijin could have implemented "X" points to spawn a BB.
What works in that game wouldn't work in WT for a couple of reasons.

Because size matters. It's almost like a PT boat or a DD would be at a disadvantage against a ship literally three or more times its size.
Lobbing shells out 15+ miles? You will not even see your target a good part of the time. Maps are way too small. Battles would have to last hours.
What does that have to do with what I said?
