Like, whats the difference in using the Type 1 APHE and the Type 4 Kou APHE?

Type 4 Kou has better penetration and explosive filler in exchange for...paying for each shell. That's literally it. It's a much better shell with no trade offs.

Yeah, Type 4 Kou is a great shell. If you don't mind paying a little extra, definitely use Type 4 Kou.

Yup! Look at the shell yourself, everything is better. Unless I'm missing something which I don't think I am. The extra penetration and mmph when you pen helps a lot. I particularly like it on the Chi-Nu II and Chi-To (first one).
