Big streamers bring in players to the games which helps everyone. Watchers also see the premium tanks the streamers use and it gives them an incentive to buy those premium vehicles to do what their streamer/youtuber did.
Doesnt mean the youtube/streamer is better then you, you can still wipe the floor with them if you are better. But ya, they dont have to earn a thing within the game.
